Let’s talk.
Our recruiting process is designed to make you feel comfortable while we get to know you better.
Phone Interview
It’s important for us to get a sense of who you are, what you’re looking for, and how we can help–and it all starts with a phone interview. We’ll discuss your work history, skills and strengths, and your employment objectives. Are there any industries you’d love to break into? Are there projects you’re particularly passionate about? During your phone interview, just relax and be honest. The better we get to know you, the easier it will be for us to find the right job for you.
In-Person Meeting
After your phone interview, we’ll set up an in-person interview at our nearest branch office. Dress professionally, bring your resume, and feel free to ask questions at any point about our process, our clients, or any of our position listings.
References & Background Check
We ask that all job seekers submit a list of three managerial references. Before submitting your resume to our clients for a position, we’ll contact your references and review your work history and skills as they relate to the new job requirements. Some positions might require additional screening, such as a background check or drug testing.
